Specialists, with an open door.

We built Welcome Networks for accounting and law firms, two of the most demanding IT clients there are: deadline-driven, confidential, allergic to downtime. If your business runs on billable expertise or client trust, the same models fit, and the door is open.

How this transfers

Two proven models. Neither is industry-locked.

Accounting firms pushed us to build the cloud desktop; law firms shaped the per-user workstation model. Between them they cover most ways a Canadian business of 5 to 200 users runs its IT, whether your software is twenty years of Windows desktop or entirely in the browser.

Cloud desktops

Your software, files and profiles in one secure Canadian cloud environment, managed end to end. Accounting firms pushed us to build it; it hosts most Windows software the same way.

The workstation model

Managed laptops with cloud-native software and Microsoft 365, secured per user. Law firms shaped it; it fits any office that already works in the browser.

The same security stack

Layered and monitored: detection and response, identity protection, vulnerability management, staff training and Microsoft 365 backup. Threats do not check your industry.

The same support model

No dispatcher, no call centre. A Microsoft-certified technician answers in under 45 seconds on average, day and night, seven days a week.

You get the standard our specialists demanded.

The 45-second average answer, the real day and night teams, Canadian data residency and the layered security stack were all built to satisfy accountants mid-deadline and lawyers guarding privilege. None of it is reserved for them. It is simply how we run.

Where it already fits

If downtime costs you money, we should talk.

Offices like these run on the same two models, with nothing rebuilt from scratch:

Not on the list? That is not a no. If the fit is wrong we say so in the first meeting; when it is right, you get the same team and the same numbers as everyone else we serve.

Questions firms ask us

You specialize in accountants and lawyers. Would we be a second-class client?

No. There is one team, one support model and one set of numbers. The specialization shows up as deep software fluency for accounting and legal; everything else about the service is identical for every client we take on.

Our software is industry-specific. Can you run it?

Usually. If it runs on Windows, the cloud desktop can host it. If it runs in the browser, the workstation model fits around it. We work directly with your software vendors, and if something is a bad fit we say so before you sign anything.

Does the tax-season change freeze apply to us?

No. From February 15 to April 30 we freeze changes for accounting firms to protect their busiest season. Onboarding for every other industry runs year-round.

What size of business fits?

Five to 200 users, anywhere in Canada. Below that, the economics rarely work in your favour, and we would rather tell you that in the first meeting than after a proposal.
