Kept configured
Configured once is easy. Still configured is the job.
Microsoft 365 holds hundreds of security, identity, sharing and device settings, and every one of them can quietly change: an administrator in a hurry, a helpful vendor, an attacker testing doors. Most providers configure a tenant and move on. We hold every client tenant to a written security baseline, enforced with specialized multi-tenant tooling that few providers run, and fewer still have put in the hundreds of hours of configuration, automation and standards work that make it count.
Your firm is assigned a baseline tiered to its needs, not a template stamped on everyone. Every three hours our systems check your tenant against it, and drift gets flagged. A new administrator account or privileged credential gets a technician’s attention within minutes, and mailboxes and storage are watched so that full is something we fix before you feel it. Your Microsoft 365 changes constantly. Your security baseline shouldn’t.
Azure, the serious end

Azure is where the heavier lifting happens: Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop, our flagship cloud desktop, runs there in Microsoft’s Canadian regions with enterprise security around it. It scales with your season, so an accounting firm adds capacity for its busiest weeks and scales back after April, and it is managed end to end by the same team that answers your calls.

Where does our Microsoft data live?
In Microsoft’s Canadian regions, alongside everything else we run for you. Canadian data residency, every environment, every backup, is the standing rule here, not an upgrade.
Do we have to move to Azure or a cloud desktop?
